These terms apply when you order from thevaperscave.bd or buy at our lounge in Nikunja-2, Dhaka.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are. See our age policy.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include VAT where it applies.
• The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, worked out by our system from current prices.
• We call to confirm every order before we send it. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if a product is out of stock, or if a price was shown in error.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when your order arrives. We never ask for card or mobile banking details.

Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh through courier partners. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you confirm. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Using our products

Use devices, batteries and chargers as the manufacturer instructs. Keep nicotine products away from children and pets. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse.
