Age policy

We sell only to adults aged 18 and over, online and at the lounge.

Online

You confirm that you are 18 or older when you enter the website and again when you place an order. We record the time you confirmed it with your order.

On delivery

The courier or our staff may ask to see a national ID card, passport or driving licence when they hand over your order. If the person receiving the order is under 18, or cannot show ID when asked, we will refuse the order.

At the lounge

Everyone in the lounge must be 18 or older. We may ask for ID at the door or at the counter.

Why

Our products contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are meant for adults who already smoke or vape, not for young people or non-smokers.
