Yes. Cash on delivery is the only way to pay. You pay the courier when your order arrives, with no advance payment.

Tk 70 inside Dhaka and Tk 120 outside Dhaka. Some products ship free; the checkout shows the fee before you confirm.

Sealed e-liquids and devices with a manufacturer defect can be returned or replaced. Opened e-liquids cannot be returned. See our returns page for details.

Yes. We buy from the brands or their authorised distributors only, and we are a member of BENDSTA.

Yes. You must be 18 or older. The courier or our staff may ask for ID on delivery and will refuse the order if you are under 18.
